Gold Rush Pay Dirt - December Dirt of the Month with 2.14 grams of gold

Had some good results from the December Treasure Island Dirt of the Month from Gold Rush Paydirt.
2.14 grams of nice yellow chunky gold. Quite a few small nuggets in this one.

Crystallized Silver Nugget from Nevada

7.32 gram Crystallized Silver Nugget.

Crystalized Silver Specimens from the Silver Crest Mine... 

Happens when they drill holes in a circle in the mine wall and place dynamite sticks in each hole and set off the explosion... 

The heat and pressure from the explosion crystallize the Silver... They pry it of the floor and walls after the explosion

All the Gold in the Universe was formed Billions of years ago from the Collision of 2 Giant Neutron Stars

Scientists had long argued that supernova explosions were the source, but now it looks like it was the collision of 2 giant Neutron Stars that formed the heavy Elements including Gold, Platinum and lead ...

Some good Paydirt this month from Gold Rush "Dirt of the Month Club".  Close to 2 grams so far.
A lot of fine, and flour gold, some nice chunky pieces and a .66 gram nugget so far....
